All prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
5.3
Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a substitute, backorder, or full refund for that item.
5.4
We reserve the right to amend prices, product descriptions, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
6. Payment Terms
6.1
Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order using the payment methods made available on the Website.
6.2
All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateway providers. FaithBuilt does not store your full card details on its servers.
6.3
Your order will only be confirmed and processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
6.4
In the event of a failed, declined, or reversed payment, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the order until valid payment is received.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate, current, and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
7. Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including:
- suspected fraudulent activity or payment issues;
- errors in pricing, product information, or stock availability;

- suspected unauthorised resale;

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed within a reasonable time.
8. Delivery
8.1
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes communicated on the Website or at checkout. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
8.2
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather, or load-shedding.
8.3
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
8.4
Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.
8.5
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are subject to the courier’s operations. FaithBuilt shall not be liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cooling-Off Rights
9.1
In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002, customers may cancel an online transaction within seven (7) days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions below.
9.2
To qualify for a return:
- the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
- opened supplement products cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied;
- notice must be given in writing within the cooling-off period.
9.3
Defective products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
9.4
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaithBuilt, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- use of or inability to use the Website;
- reliance on Website content;
- use or misuse of products;
- delays or interruptions beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under South African consumer protection legislation.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaithBuilt, its owners, employees, and agents against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website or products.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
15.2 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
15.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and FaithBuilt.
15.4 Force Majeure
FaithBuilt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, load-shedding, strikes, pandemics, war, courier disruptions, or internet outages.
